Shipping

FREE standard shipping is available on $100 or more purchases. Overnight shipping is available at the going rates of FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service. Please call us directly for special shipping arrangements.

Refunds

We will gladly refund your money in full within 30 days for any undamaged, unaltered merchandise. If the merchandise can be demonstrated to be defective, we'll give a full refund for that too. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the refund was on defective goods. In those cases, the refund will be in full. If the item was sized or altered at your request, we will allow you to exchange the undesired item for other merchandise. There will be a charge for the alteration of the returned item. We try to be as accommodating as possible. Credit card transactions must be refunded by the same credit card. Check transactions must be given time to clear through the bank before the refund.
